Project Service Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Service Coordinator with an electrical/mechanical background to join our team.

Job Description:

Scheduling of Planned Maintenance, repairs, and installation of electrical equipment and components. Scheduling with vendors and clients to perform work in a timely manner. Create and track work orders in scheduling software. Track and report progress on client contracts. Interpret Field Service Reports and act on needed repairs and replacements. Provide information to the Sales Group and assist with proposal needs.

• Rotational emergency on-call response (usually will be required 1-2 times a month)

• In conjunction with Senior Service Advisor counterpart –

  • Develop and Manage relationships with Battery and DC Plant vendors

  • Develop and Manage relationships with MCFI Service vendors/providers

  • Develop and Manage relationships with MCFI Facility Management Clients

• Work with Procurement to perform Vendor surveys

• Learn and become proficient with scheduling software

• Service work order tracking and reporting

• Coordination / Tracking of all service renewals with Account Management / Sales / Service Coordinator

• Coordination with Account Management and Service Coordinator for Past Due Accounts Receivables​

• Coordination of select Service accounts for Preventative Maintenance work

  • Scheduling of Generator and ATS PMs

  • Scheduling of UPS and Battery System PMs

  • Scheduling of Building Load Transfer Test

  • Scheduling of PMs for Precision Cooling Units (CRACs)

  • Assist with scheduling of Corrective Repairs for Generators, UPS, ATS(s), and CRAC Units

• Responsible for Infrared Testing –

  • Scheduling of the work

  • Follow-up for timely delivery of the vendor reports

  • Noting concerns and potential problems to the client

  • Assist with pricing and proposal of recommended repairs and scheduling of the repairs

• Training Plan – MCFI will provide Certification Classes yearly to advance your knowledge and support

  • Eaton 9390 – First Responder Certification

  • Eaton 9395 – First Responder Certification

  • UPTIME AOS Certification

  • EGSA Basic Certification

  • EGSA Advanced Certification
