POSTION SUMMARY

Mirum's summer internship provides each intern an opportunity over the course of 10-12 weeks to lead a strategic priority project with exposure across the intersection of drug development and business. Projects will have clear deliverables and multiple opportunities to present with executive management. Summer interns will get frequent access to senior leadership at Mirum and a chance to learn from seasoned functional team members that support our drug development efforts.

Mirum is recruiting for interns in several functional areas including Corporate Development, Commercial, and Finance/Investor Relations. Selection and placement will be based on alignment with intern's educational/work background and career objectives.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Commercial
  • Assist with revising and developing new payer marketing and patient support services materials.
  • Lead data analysis for specific commercial planning or business impact questions

QUALIFICATIONS

Work Opportunity:

• Paid summer internship
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be able to complete a 10-12 consecutive week (40 hrs/wk) internship between May and August
• Be able to relocate and work at the Foster City, CA site for the duration of the internship
• Company will pay airfare for a single round trip ticket from current location to the SF Bay Area

Education/Experience:

• Currently enrolled as student in an accredited college graduate program
• Strong interest and/or experience in biotech/pharma
• Scientific or advanced degree in life sciences or related field (M.S., Ph.D., or M.D.) may be desirable
