Job Description

We are looking for Junior Google Dialogue Flow Developer to help us keep growing and grow with us. We offer a multi-tiered training approach constructed around on-the-job learning. Courses from both Genesys and Google with accompanying certificates while experiencing hands-on work alongside seasoned team members. You will learn from the training courses and our senior team members, and then get to apply the new skills directly to your work. Take your basic coding skills and apply them to complex Natural Language Understanding (NLU) projects, or intricate call center flows with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) functionality. As your training progresses, so will the tasks assigned to meet your level of growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the development manager with all aspects of software design and coding.
• Attending and contributing to company development meetings.
• Learning the codebase and improving your coding skills.
• Writing and maintaining code.
• Working on minor bug fixes.
• Monitoring the technical performance of internal systems.
• Responding to requests from the development team.
• Gathering information from consumers about program functionality.
• Writing reports.
• Conducting development tests.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of programming languages:

• Java/JavaScript
• C#, C++
• Python
• PHP
• HTML, CSS
• REST Web services, 3rd party APIs
• JSON
• Azure
• SQL

Nice to have:

• Programming certification
• Proven abilities in programming
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Excellent client service attitude and team focus
• Understand best practices for a service organization
• Ability to attend the office in Buffalo, New York, 2 or more days a week
