You will take inbound calls from marketing leads and make outbound calls to our existing customers ensuring their satisfaction with their hearing aids and our service. In addition, you will greet and work with customers in the office, update computerized systems with information, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. You will assist your Audiologist/ Specialist in their daily duties and take ownership of the success of your location as a team. You may also work in the local community to spread hearing healthcare awareness. This person's job is to make the prospective customer experience the ULTIMATE in patient care. This is a service, administration, and sales driven position which will require a clear focus on attaining daily and monthly goals. The ability to connect and create relationships with your patients is critical for success in this role. Converting call-ins into appointments and calling your database of customers to schedule appointments is a very high priority for this role so you must be persistent and comfortable overcoming objections. Hours are currently between the hours of 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday. No evening or weekends! This position averages between 25,000-35,000 based on store performance. Advancement opportunities into our training program are available after only 90 days for qualified candidates.
