The Regional Mktg/Office Assistant role is a marketing and administrative support role. Responsibilities are split between general office and marketing support for the assigned retail locations. They are responsible for maintaining good customer relationships with both internal and external customers (i.e., vendors, other employees or 3rd parties) and exhibit the ability/desire to find solutions to customers’ problems. They must be willing to take directions as well as be able to work independently. They must be sales driven and motivated to spread brand awareness as well as increase store revenues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver excellence in customer service which meets and exceeds customer expectations. Rudeness will never be acceptable towards a customer.
Check patients in and out, collect and record payments. Provide walk in service to all customers in a courteous and timely manner. Make clear notes in the customers electronic file of services provided.
Receive incoming calls and answer general inquiries or refer to hearing care specialist.
Conduct education seminars, local doctor visits, health fairs, chamber events, senior activity outreach, as well as implement new ideas to market in the local area.
Telemarketing duties such as scheduling annual Hearing Evaluations and quarterly clean and checks in your assigned areas as well as calling leads collected from grass roots efforts.
Must be able to cover other locations when deemed necessary to accommodate staffing shortages or other company needs.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Telemarketing or sales experience
- Customer service experience.
- Healthcare services experience preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year general office experience.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong telephone communications.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $12 - $16 / hour plus performance based monthly bonuses.
- Employer pays 60% of Bronze health plan cost.
- 401(k) with up to 4% matching after one year.
