Miracle-Ear is hiring Customer Service Agents to join our marketing team! The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with people each day to discuss complimentary hearing tests and educate the community about hearing loss. We are looking for upbeat, motivated professionals who get inspired by helping others and a lucrative bonus structure.
The successful agent will generate a minimum of 3 hearing test appointments per day. We are seeking individuals who are experienced in sales, marketing, or telemarketing, or related fields, but experience is not required.
Responsibilities: * Place phone calls to potential patients from our computerized directory
- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of outreach programs
- Answer potential patients' questions about hearing tests or hearing loss goals
- Set appointments with potential patients
- Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment
- Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
- Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
Compensation & Benefits:
- $13 - $15 per hour plus commissions
- 60% Employer coverage for Bronze Healthcare Package
