Customer Service Associate

Now hiring Customer Service Associates for 1st shift (8:30am-7pm, Mon-Fri) in Springboro.
Weekend work is required (Saturdays from 9am-3pm).
Pay ranges from $13 - $14 / hour.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Vacation time (1 week) is available after 1 year of employment with additional every year.
Applicants must have basic computer skills, good phone etiquette, and conflict resolution skills.
This is a fast-paced position with a lot of customer service.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:
- Assisting customers with printing & shipping needs.
- Accepting packages for mailbox holders.
- Processing returns for vendors and Amazon customers.
- Stocking printers, retail units, & keeping the store clean.
