Minnesota Urology is looking for a solid Human Resources member to join a great team. No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays. This will be a hybrid remote work position (after the initial training period.) PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: This position provides strategic consultation and assistance at all levels of the organization to support the mission, vision, values, and goals of MN Urology (MNU). In collaboration with the HR team, provides internal and external customers with HR-related services to help meet operational needs. In consultation with the HR Director, ensures MNU is compliant with all federal, state, and local employment laws, rules, and regulations. QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required; * Four to eight years of progressively higher level Human Resources experience required; PHR or SHRM certification may be substituted for experience; * Three to five years working with employee benefit programs; * Previous experience and knowledge of Human Resources functions, policy and procedure administration, compliance reporting, HRIS systems, and payroll; * Previous experience handling FMLA/LOA/ADA and other leave programs; * Proficient working knowledge and experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed; * Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with competing deadlines and duties; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
