CARE Willmar specializes in delivering integrated substance abuse disorder treatment to adults and adolescents with chemical dependency and co-occurring mental health challenges. All services are person-centered, building on the individual's interests and capacity for growth, leading to a lifelong process of recovery.
As an LADC Supervisor, you will provide clinical supervision and lead a team in the delivery of treatment services, assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of a variety of chemical dependency and dual diagnosis treatment activities, participate in assigned meetings, maintain records, prepare reports on department activities, complement the supervisor in the management of the treatment program, and assume the duties of the Program Manager in that person’s absence.
To qualify, applicants must:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, behavior analysis, or related field;
- Be licensed by the State of Minnesota as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor; AND
- Have a minimum of three (3) years post-Bachelor's degree experience providing clinical services.
And per MN Statutes, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old; AND
- Be able to pass a criminal background check; AND
- Sign a statement attesting that you have been free of chemical use problems for at least two years immediately preceding hire.
