You will part of a team in one of the largest growing companies in Manufacturing in the world.

Payroll/ Benefits Specialist duties include:

  • Being responsible for the oversight and preparation of time and attendance records for payroll input, and maintenance of timekeeping and benefits record.
  • Administering all payroll processing Payroll tax filing, and benefit programs (Medical, vision, dental, group life, and long-term disability insurance, flexible spending account, and paid leave).
  • Assuring compliance with all legal requirements of various payroll and employee benefit programs (ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA/HITECH, FMLA, IRS Code Section 125, FLSA, etc.) and preparing and filing required legal reports within quarter-end and year-end tax deadlines and procedures.
  • Administering the company’s 401(k) plan and serves as the primary point of contact for employees.
  • Other job-related duties include general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, coordinating with training efforts, scheduling, etc.
  • Conducts other HR functions such as administering leave time, maintaining performance management tools, training managers and employees on applicable software and interviewing, etc., and serves as a backup to other functions within the HR Department.
  • Have a willingness to work overtime at peak times of year (Open Enrollment, etc.), self-motivation; eagerness to learn new information in a fast-paced environment, and adaptability to apply new information as appropriate.
  • Must be very detailed oriented and administer labor hours reports and work with China headquarters team. Meets deadlines on a timely manner, enhance our current process, make recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or 3-5 years’ experience in Payroll/ HR is required, with preference given to those who have experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Experience 3 years and proficiency Paycom Payroll /Time Management is strongly preferred. Proficient in the use of a personal computer includes MS Word, paper tablet reports, data analysis, Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to use the web and web-based applications.
  • NetSuite knowledge preferred
  • PHR/SHRM-CP is a plus (not a requirement).
