At the center of our digital health platform is the BeneVision Distributed Monitoring System and Mobility Solutions. We are looking for that visionary product leader who can define the future state of healthcare at the intersection of data, predictive analytics and intelligent visualization to deliver care anywhere. That thought leader will collaborate cross functionally and globally to promote and coordinate their vision validated by Key Opinion Leaders. KOL relationships are a primary responsibility to develop and sustain for ongoing success.
Your product roadmap is integrated with those of the other product leaders to ensure in our Growth playbook to ensure a competitive platform and offering portfolio. Additionally, you will collaborate with the global Upstream Product Teams and design centers to drive realization of the Playbook.
Successful product launch is a key metric for success enabled by participation in content development and your leadership in cross-functional readiness, price setting and getting plans and engaging team members to build digital excitement that grabs the markets attention.
Position Specifications:
- Essential Functions:
- Understand, document, and champion customer needs - clinical, technical and financial across defined market segments and sub-segments. Maintain up to date/current analysis of the market with a focus on market trends, size, competitive solutions, messaging and positioning, market share, and customer needs.
- Prepare and execute business, marketing, and new product launch “Go-to-Market” plans. Provide cross-functional leadership in the execution and roll out of these plans.
- Serve as the North American business development lead for category. Identify, define, and prioritize market opportunities. Develop category strategies for existing marketing growth and new market penetration.
- Assess current product line performance against plan. Implement programs, tools, and initiatives as per strategy to exceed business goals.
- Define product positioning. Collaborate with Marketing Communications to recommend and define communication strategies, including sales collateral, tradeshows, advertising, PR, and lead generation, for new and existing products.
- Provide proactive support of the sales teams with timely communications, product and competitive information, product & sales training, etc. Active support of the sales teams is critical to achieve required performance in role.
- Establish and update as needed price lists for the product line. Work with Corporate Accounts to proactively manage delivery of new part numbers and pricing, pricing and part number changes/deletions in support of our contracted partners.
- Establish, maintain and grow a collaborative relationship globally with marketing colleagues world-wide to understand and share “best of breed” practices, regional messaging and positioning and market dynamics.
- Provide input to the engineering teams for global requirements definition. Work with those teams to ensure that products under development meet North American market needs and fulfill objectives while working within issue, scope, schedule, and resource constraints.
- Drive product launches with field communications and training. Work collaboratively with Corporate Training Manager to ensure that new products are introduced professionally with appropriate positioning, pricing, sales materials, promotions, and accompanying services.
- Develop and maintain contacts with key opinion leaders. Cultivate relationships with leading customers and influencers.
- Proactively analyze and report on category performance on a quarterly basis - focusing on revenue, margin, share, customer penetration and acquisition. Develop and maintain Salesforce Dashboards to track and effectively communicate performance to the PMTs.
- Pursue, develop and support internal and external business partnerships and marketing agreements. Work with sales management to develop and enhance distribution channels.
- Continually strive to improve customer satisfaction against published metrics.

Define user needs in context of compelling clinical scenarios and design inputs ensuring early cross-functional collaboration in VOC/OVOC exercises.
In collaboration with the global design centers, ensure the user needs are delivered as defined and are timely to market.
Lead price modeling: setting, getting and netting to ensure optimal portfolio performance.
Deliver Value
Drive value messaging throughout the organization by educating functional teams in the differentiable value propositions and customer satisfiers.
Communicate brand aligned value proposition to the market through digital messaging in collaboration with the content and digital marketing teams.
Lead the business and functional teams through Go to Market planning, launch and post launch performance metrics to drive market excitement and deliver high adoption rates.
Sustain the portfolio
Embrace Sales as a Customer mindset to support directional and tactical needs as completely as required. Build and maintain a close working rapport with the North America sales team.
Understand and plan for healthcare macro and micro trends to ensure the long-term vitality of the offering and continually position the offering and platform for best potential growth.
Develop and maintain KOL and clinical advisor relationships and continually engage with customers understand need and offering satisfaction.

Knowledge/Educational Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree as a minimum, preferably in related clinical, technical, or business area
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing or product management with emphasis on central monitoring, population health or clinical analytics in product marketing or management.

- Minimum 5 year’s clinical experience in hospital environment/setting, with emphasis on clinical informatics or central monitoring.
- Demonstrated technical capability or clinical application knowledge.
