Job Summary:
Reporting to the Associated Director of Corporate Communications, the Digital Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible for the development, creation, execution and management of integrated digital marketing campaigns across Mindray North America. The right candidate will be equipped to implement new initiatives and deliver marketing programs that support expansion and growth of the company, brand, services, and products, that serve to increase brand awareness and that drive revenue through lead generation and conversion.
In collaboration with the Marketing Communications Manager, the Specialist will oversee the development and implementation of email marketing campaigns including engagement programs, automated triggers, and promotional activities to support MRNA marketing efforts; serve as lead for marketing automation efforts; manage digital campaigns to support brand, product-specific, and tradeshow promotion efforts including paid and organic social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube), and assist with the execution of SEO, SEM and PPC initiatives across modalities and in collaboration with web vendor. This person will serve as marketing automation and CRM/ESP champion; assist with reporting functions in Salesforce/Pardot or other marketing automation tool; assist in management of website across modalities, digital training materials and more.
Proficiency in marketing automation, email marketing, analytics, digital advertising, website management, and social media is a must, as well as a familiarity with a wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures.
Position Specifications:
Essential Functions:
- Contribute to and drive the overall digital marketing strategy for all of Mindray North America
- Support the development of a cohesive brand voice, look and feel for all modalities across digital spaces
- Develop and create cross-functional programs and strategy around content including, but not limited to, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, blog posts, videos and webinars
- Design, set up, and launch A/B and multivariate email marketing and landing page experiments to increase conversion
- Contribute to brand strategy discussions and help guide evolution
- Partner with Marketing Communications Managers to establish digital strategy and maintain calendar
- Work closely with marketing and sales managers across modalities to ensure content promotion is thorough and aligns with goals
- Develop campaigns for new product launches, software updates and quarterly promotions
- Collect and analyze competitive intelligence
- Create organic and paid social media content to enhance online presence, drive web traffic and generate quality leads
- Analyze and understand the business impact driven by campaigns to establish marketing KPI’s and forecast long-term growth
- Drive creative asset ideation, testing road maps, and optimization in collaboration with Ultrasound, PMLS, and Anesthesia Marketing Managers
- Develop regular reports detailing campaign results and own communication with key internal stakeholders to keep the business apprised of digital marketing performance
- Develop expertise and knowledge in assigned business areas
- Support LiveChat or similar functionality to engage more visitors and drive customer satisfaction
- Optimize lead funnel to increase web conversions, continuously improve lead qualification process, and enable ROI assessment.
Knowledge/Educational Requirement
- BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience running performance marketing campaigns on social media, marketing automation platforms, and other digital channels
- Ability to develop, write, and execute on content promotion programs
- Understanding of and experience working in the healthcare space is preferred
- Google Analytics Individual Qualification
- Google Ads Search Certification
- Basic HTML/CSS proficiency

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills - ability to work with large data sets to derive actionable campaign insights
- Technical knowledge of social media and advertising platforms
- Works well both independently and in team settings (on-site and virtual)
- Comfortable presenting information to large audiences in a clear and concise manner
