Mindful Therapy Group is a company dedicated to empowering therapists, psychologists and nurse practitioners to dive into private practice, without doing all of the leg work that comes with it. We provide high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services to independent mental health care providers across the Pacific Northwest. Responsibilities include:

Communicate with clients regarding balances, partner with them to ensure accurate information and payment is received.  

Strategize with clients on ways to complete their overdue payments.

Support clients and providers with questions regarding payments and account balances.

Educate clients on insurance benefit details and financial responsibility.

Perform research into client ledger and insurance payments to find new solutions.

Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and daily tasks.

Requirements

What you'll need to be successful:

Customer Service experience

Ability to communicate professionally, compassionately, and effectively

Motivation to receive feedback and continually grow

A team-oriented mindset to foster collaboration and new ideas

Experience with high call volume (preferred but not required)

Working knowledge of Excel (preferred but not required)

Basic understanding of health insurance (preferred but not required)
