Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales and Parts Representative requires a highly motivated and goal driven individual to sell Patriot Equipment’s agricultural parts and equipment. Candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, with previous sales experience preferred, must have proficient computer skills, and mechanical aptitude desired. Prior experience and knowledge in farm equipment is also preferred.

Shift: First Shift; 8a.m to 5p.m Monday through Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with customers focusing on long term mutual growth
• Promotes Patriot Equipment’s products to customers
• Interacts with client contacts and perspective customers to demonstrate products and explains features.
• Facilitating customer needs and requests in a way that is informative, productive and efficient
• Help customers locate the parts they need and educate them about part function
• Understands the functions of the equipment and can help customers trace and correct faults in a mechanical or electronic system. (Troubleshooting)
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Sales background is preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of Agricultural industry, equipment, and basic mechanics is preferred
• Proficiency in Quickbooks preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
