Minco products can be found everywhere from inside a drill bit on an oil rig miles under the sea to satellites miles above our heads - and in your doctor's office! + Receive, prioritize and quickly respond to IT help desk tickets
+ Investigate and resolve a variety of hardware, software and system problems
+ Assist with development and delivery of employee systems-related training
+ Determine ways to prevent help desk tickets from happening in the first place.
+ Identify trends and track problem resolution process
+ Adhere to the IT Department's defined processes and procedures - and help us improve them!
+ High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
+ Post-High School IT program completed
+ Bachelor's or Associates Degree in a technology field
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and Windows operating system
+ Knowledge of IOS and Android mobile devices
+ Knowledge of PC Hardware
+ Basic understanding of network technologies and protocols such as IP Addressing, DNS, DHCP and VPN client configuration
This position is a regular full-time position located in our headquarters in Fridley, Minnesota.
