As a Millstream Sales Consultant, you will meet with customers to help solve their home remodeling needs. To succeed, a Sales Consultant must have a positive outlook, a thorough understanding of the Millstream sales process, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to walk the homeowner through the decision making process.
We provide mandatory weekly trainings to better our employees both personally and professionally. Our in-house training pushes our consultants to the next level of their career. The ideal candidate is someone with the desire to learn the Millstream way, which is a thought-out sales process proven to work time and time again.

Successful track record with in-home sales. Must be comfortable traveling 1-hour plus to and from appointments (sometimes more, sometimes less). We try to keep everyone scheduled in a geographically pleasing way Ability to quickly build a relationship with our customers.
Strong negotiation skills Effective communication skills Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Self motivated, strong drive to succeed Career-centric mindset, this is not just another job 3 years of sales experience is a plus Highly experienced in closing deals A desire to learn and develop within the sales systems & processes that will be used Canvassing and self-generating leads is a must Duties: Inspect homes & provide estimates to homeowners to present affordable solutions to aid in their home improvement projects. This is a direct, in-home sales selling system with a company average close rate of over 35%. Ongoing training is provided to ensure you are up-to-date with all the industry knowledge you will need to succeed in this position.
Software based contracts, must be proficient with an iPad. Firm understanding of Zoom and other virtual appointment programs.
