Job DescriptionCompany Description
Inside Sales- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty. Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process. Annual Salary $50k plus commissions. Some sales experience needed. Company will train and will give individual accounts and leads. Hours 8:30-5:30.
- Must understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer.
- Also must understand the customer’s needs and requirements.
- Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
- Improve Sales skills to increase sales success rates.
- Will also be going out to visit customers for appointments.
- Will be selling nationwide and will be selling company's top brand.
- Follow up outbound cold calls and emails.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Some travel to Texas to attend trade shows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Someone familiar with CRM Software such as Salesforce is a plus.
