Position : Customer Service Representative

Location: Tempe, AZ

Duration : 06+ Months Contract

Start Time : 5:00 AM

End Time : 5:00 PM

Total Hours/week : 40.00

Monday thru Friday and an occasional Saturday if business needs dictate

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

· Answer incoming customer inquiries by phone and email

· Places orders for customer by phone, email and fax for shipment from BPV for over 4000 products codes

· Determines requirements by working with customers

· Utilize a customer relationship application and /or database to record activities and research product information

· Provide support and assistance to the outside sales force

· Handle requests for returned product

· Work with other teams cross-functionally to resolve customer and sales force issues

· Respond to inquiries by clarifying desired information; research, locate, and provide information

· Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implements solutions; escalates unresolved problems

· Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests

· Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

· Enhance CR Bard reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

· Works with customers to resolve issues and insure that escalations are quickly and effectively handled

· Works collaboratively with a variety of people at all levels within the organization to ensure effective communication and success of key initiatives

· Ability to be flexible in work schedule, including a willingness to work overtime as needed

· Must be able to work shifts ranging from 5:00am – 5:00pm AZ time Monday thru Friday and an occasional Saturday if business needs dictate

· Positive and Professional attitude

Education Required:

· High School Diploma

Experience Required:

· One (1) or more years customer service experience desired, one year Call Center experience a plus
