Customer Care Specialist

Milk N Mamas Baby is hiring Full - Time Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Pipersville Pennsylvania. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for taking incoming calls for new and existing patients in need of durable medical equipment, supplies, and troubleshooting. We will train applicants who have a strong customer service background. Must have strong computer skills, data entry speed and efficiency are important and live locally.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry on various platforms
• Health Insurance coverage verification
• Timely processing of patient orders
• Communicate with patients, referral sources, and team members while efficiently performing tasks related to patient care
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
• Professional with high expectations for quality of work, competence, demeanor, ethics
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work skills in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Data Entry: Inputting data and checking to ensure accuracy, a proficient and technical aptitude is required with the ability to utilize Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge and understanding of health insurance eligibility & benefit information
• Health care Insurance verification experience is preferred but not required
• Health care experience is preferred but not required
• Working knowledge and understanding of health insurance eligibility & benefit information, is preferred.
