Customer Service Rep - Third Party Logistics

Working closely with specific accounts, you will be responsible for:

Establishing operational procedures for client communications regarding order processing

  • Inventory and material tracking
  • Handling all account-related administrative functions
  • Perform data entry
  • Setting routing requirements
  • Maintaining standard operating procedures
  • Route pick tickets (orders) to ship before cancel dates via Internet, fax, email or phone
  • Work with warehouse management to ensure orders are returned and completed in a timely manner
  • Schedule pick-ups with freight carriers
  • Maintain organized and accurate files of all outbound shipments
  • Manifest orders on AS400 systems and prepare bills of lading and documentation required
  • Work closely with Shipping department to ensure everything has shipped
  • Check AS400 or warehouse management system (WMS) reports for new orders that need to be routed

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 3 years (Required)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Location:

  • Pomona, CA (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)
