We are seeking a firm but friendly, well organized Rodent Inspector with a strong construction background for handyman repairs to join our family-owned and thriving team.
This job requires you to be flexible, driving and running multiple jobs per day. You will primarily do service calls to inspect their home or office for wildlife and rodent activity and do handyman type of repairs /exclusions. We need someone who will provide excellent customer service, perform exclusion work, handyman/construction work, make repairs, and be able to do wildlife trapping, rodent trapping, and sanitization jobs in order to drive the company’s success and positive reviews online.

We are a Wildlife Trapping and Rodent Abatement company that humanely helps customers with critters who have gotten into their homes or yards. We also do light construction repair work. We are seeking someone who is a leader and will want to grow into a management role to manage a crew of 7-10 covering San Francisco, Berkeley, Sacramento, and the TriValley area not limited to Pleasanton, Livermore, Antioch, and Benicia.
Previous experience in rodent control, rodent exclusions, or wildlife trapping, and repairs.
Ability to give written estimates, diagram work to be performed and manage customers, prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, using mobile CRM PestPacsoftware
Strong attention to detail & strong organizational skills coordinating the jobs we have
Make service calls for customers who have wildlife or rodent problems and need us to their home or office and solve the problems with exclusions, trapping, and sanitization. Conduct follow up appointments, ensure you have necessary supplies ordered, make notes on each job and explain the work which will be done for them. Manage your company vehicle i.e. gas, washing, maintenance, and complete expense reports. Attend periodic staff meetings and implement all company policies & procedures. We need someone with a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service and who wants to provide a great working environment and experience with everyone.
