Sales Representative at Mighty Dog Roofing 153

Mighty Dog Roofing of NEPA is seeking an experienced, professional Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process for residential roofing and related exterior home improvements for an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred contractor. The ideal candidate is driven, people-oriented, and possesses previous sales experience. You must be an expert communicator with a strong ability to convert leads into sales. Allow our best-in-class digital marketing, lead generation, and call center to enable you to focus on selling. The position is salaried with a starting range of $25,000-$40,000, plus commission. Industry experience is not required.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Sales Representative is responsible for all sales operations including, but not limited to:

• Customer education
• Drone piloting
• Roof evaluation
• Estimate generation
• Closing sales
• Providing post-sale customer service

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (advanced skills and experience may substitute for educational requirements):

• Well-established sales experience
• Driver’s license and transportation
• Associate’s degree (preferred)
• Conversational Spanish (preferred)

• Ability to use a personal computer and basic business applications

COMPENSATION TERMS:

The Sales Representative position is compensated as follows:

• Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications
• $25,000-$40,000 + commission
• Paid vacation
• Paid training
