Clinical Assistant Professor - Speech-Language Pathology Program

The College of Health Sciences at Midwestern University invites applications for the position of Clinical Assistant Professor in the Speech-Language Pathology Program. Qualified applicants with expertise in child speech-language and literacy disorders, social communication disorders, autism, augmentative and alternative communication, and/or aural rehabilitation will be considered.

The Clinical Assistant Professor will be responsible for providing speech-language pathology services at the MWU Multispecialty Clinic, and for supervising graduate student clinicians. As a clinical faculty member in the Speech-Language Pathology Program, s/he will participate in clinical teaching at the Clinic and in some courses. S/he will also be expected to fulfill university or professional service commitments.

Job requirements include a master's degree in speech-language pathology, ASHA CCC, and eligibility for Illinois state licensure. Salary and benefits are competitive, and rank is commensurate with experience. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
