This role is will be part of a team supporting one of our large, international clients providing Graphic Design for various marketing pieces for print, email and websites as part of a global marketing campaign for one of their product lines.
We are seeking a creative mind with an eye and passion for stellar graphic design. In this role, you will be part of an industry-leading team that thrives on delivering unique and creative materials that inspire, inform, and captivate our audience. The candidate should have a broad understanding of design strategy methods and practices when it comes to formatting, layout, and production for various marketing pieces including brochures, postcards, ads, flyers, presentations, email & websites, video graphics.
Responsibilities:
- Use current and future design trends while adhering to fundamental design principles, keeping up with the latest software and computer technologies
- Collaborate closely with writers/proposal coordinators to transform content into visual graphics
- Design layouts incorporating text, iconography, images, etc., to help deliver a desired message
- Present and articulate design concepts to internal clients and/or the marketing director
- Incorporate changes recommended by internal clients and/or graphic design manager into final designs
- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent experience (Formal training in graphic design or interactive design in some capacity needed.)
- At least 3 to 5 years of B2B enterprise level relevant work experience
- Strong talent for all elements of design, layout, and typography
- Strong creative flair, originality, and visual sense
- Strong conceptual and visual communication skills
- Solid presentation, listening and communication skills
- Maintain quality of work, looking for ways to drive improvements while working quickly and efficiently, while delivering a great end product
- Strong collaboration skills, with ability to communicate ideas and concepts
- Proficient in HTML, Adobe Creative Suite software, with strong focus on InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus
- Life Sciences Industry knowledge is a plus
