We are seeking a Construction Project Manager - Underground Utilities to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Midwest Contracting specializes in underground wet utilities in the commercial sector. Projects range from 25k to 5M
PM will be responsible for handling upwards of 20 projects at any given time, including customer requests, submittals, proposals, change orders, closeout, etc
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Interface with clients, vendors, employees
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Experience in underground utilities
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
