comprehensive board packets. Attends all Board and committee meetings and takes accurate minutes of the meetings. This includes a secure and consistent tracking of key board information and actions.

Works to ensure and support ongoing board functions in relation to honoring agency by-laws, and state/federal board compliance standards including but not limited to CEO performance evaluation, board self evaluation processes, conflict of interest, workforce responsibilities and related board membership support to ensure to the fullest extent possible a well-functioning board and processes. Assists the CEO in work associated with strategic planning and the development and implementation of related work plans. Updates the Board Manual and ensures new members are appropriately trained.

Maintains listing of Board members with up-to-date information. Maintains confidentiality of Board and committee information. Manages the executive team s work flow and schedules to maximize and retain work product and group decision-making.

Acts as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners. Attends and takes minutes of executive and management level meetings and other meetings as assigned. Provides support for key leadership members to organize and prioritize workflow and manage schedule to address priorities and maximize effectiveness.

Maintains MHC s library of agency documents and is able to file, retain and retrieve corporate records, documents and reports. Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions. Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation to committees or in written documents, grants or marketing releases Researches, gathers data and prepares and organizes materials for grant proposals or special projects.

Office Manager Duties Oversees the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards. Manages administrative clerical staff and office support staff including cleaning and maintenance staff and contracts for all agency facilities. Assuring an ongoing process of monitoring office supplies.

Assure timely and cost effective order and restocking processes to maximize cost effective utilization of standard office supplies and inventory. Organize maintenance and clearing to keep all offices clean and safe and its appliances and furniture in good repair and working order. Assure mail distribution is accurate and timely to maintain effective management processes.

Is responsible for assuring oversight and full knowledge of facility related contracts, leases, licenses, insurances and obligations to assure continuity of office operations. Midtown Health Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran
