Mid South Staffing & Recruitment Agency, Inc in Holly Springs, MS is looking for warehouse assembly operators to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged.

Monday-Friday

8:00a.m-4:30p.m

OT Available

Responsibilities

Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per Quality System.

Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.

Report problems with quality, process, equipment, and materials to Production Supervisor.

Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.

Meets daily production schedule as assigned.

May operate machine to balance impellers as needed prior to assembly.

Uses available parts to assemble various pumps or kits according to operating instructions.

Operates various workstations to complete assembly of scheduled parts.

Tests and packs assembled pumps to prepare for shipping/storage.

Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

Works with various hand and power tools.

Reads and understands documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Utilizes common sense understanding in order to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.

Provides accurate work on a consistent basis meeting precise tolerances and standards.

Interpersonal skills sufficient to work closely with others on a team.

Ability to demonstrate flexibility in work environment performing a variety of frequently changing tasks.

Ability to work alone effectively under stress and in situations dangerous to self or others.

Completes some moderately repetitive tasks.We are looking forward to hearing from you.

6 months or more experience working in a manufacturing type position (preferred).

Computer Skills

Basic: barcode scanner.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $18.50/hour.
