What You Would Do

• Lead, coach and manage our service department
• Assist with hiring, training, and setting performance expectations within the service department
• Lead weekly service meetings
• Create and implement goals for each member of the service team
• Perform regular jobsite inspections for coaching opportunities on issues of quality and safety
• Communicate with customers as needed to ensure they have a remarkable experience with our company
• Provide our team with a great place to work

What We Need for this Role

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in construction, service or business preferred
• 2+ years of sales and/or sales management experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to reach and exceed business goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
