MicroHealth is seeking Management and Program Specialist for a potential effort at the client location in Norfolk, VA. This effort encompasses sustainment and modernization of clinical information systems, life-cycle management support services, and infrastructure requiring Subject Matter Experts (SME) in protection of privacy-related information and data flow management within the integrated health systems. This effort also includes providing functional and technical expertise supporting Information Management/ Information Technology (IM/IT) systems to include client-server applications and customized web solutions.
This is a planned/contingent position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Psychology or “Business, Human Resources or Social Sciences Fields.” Training
Certification.High School diploma or GED.
- Ten (10) years of direct work experience with the use of information technology to develop and/or integrate complex data, to include three (3) of the following five (5) areas: requirements analysis; knowledge analysis; project management procedures including out year budgeting for programs involving OMN, FMS, OPN, SCN, and RDT&E monies; development of contract schedules, out year planning and POM budgets, compliance planning and program planning; knowledge of DoD standards and regulations like the FAR, DFAR, OPM requirements, and other business related regulations.
- Experience shall include notable supervision and/or mentoring of lesser experienced personnel.
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee may lift or move objects up to 5 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
