We are looking for a determined, high energy, well organized individual for the position of a Customer Support Representative to join our Modern Dental Center in Millbury, Massachusetts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support customers with their ordering needs, provide technical support and communication on new products and services
  • Support our sales and marketing team to attract new customers
  • Address client issues with the items, such as quality concerns or delivery dates.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls from customers for matters ranging from general questions to complicated cases
  • Educate existing customers on Modern Dental Lab products and services
  • Case data entry into our CPM software (Magic Touch laboratory software) and ability to become proficient with the software quickly
  • All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required


  • Previous experience as a dental assistant or hygienist preferred
  • Knowledge of dental lab or dental products, materials, techniques, and terminology preferred
  • Ability to enhance the level of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to educate clients on other components, such as product innovation or process modernization
  • Strong English, verbally and written to communicate and reply to customers via phone and email
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Team Players are a must
