We are looking for an HR Assistant/Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Previous experience as a Front office manager or in HR would be an advantage. A successful Office manager should have experience with a variety of office and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Main Duties:

  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Prepares payroll by analyzing time clock and comparing to managers daily attendance records.
  • Provides orientation for new employees by providing information packets.
  • Documents and tracks HR actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records.
  • Maintains HR records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
  • Sets up and distributes employee and staffing company badges for safety of the facility during hours of operations.
  • Administers employee benefit program, medical insurance, by advising employees of eligibility, providing application information, helping with form completion, verifying submissions, and notifying employees of approvals.
  • Ordering supplies for the office and HR related materials.

Skill Requirements

  • Associates degree or work related experience
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Scheduling Experience.
  • One Year Administrative Support experience.
  • Microsoft Suite Experience.
