Inside Sales Representative

We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals!

The Acquisition Manager "Home buying Manager" is empathetic, but an aggressive salesperson who is motivated to crush their quotas. Daily life looks like handling Warm leads and working closely with sellers to evaluate their property and deeply negotiate to a signed contract, generating leads using your sphere of influence, and following up with past offers.

$75,000-$95,000

• CLOSE DEALS with prequalified leads
• Follow established procedures and checklists to evaluate properties and formulate offers
• Negotiate on the phone with sellers on the purchase of their property
• Long-term, aggressive follow up with sales prospects
• Deliver on expected KPIs Daily/Weekly/Monthly

• At Least 1 Years experience in sales
• Proven record of accomplishments
• Coachable with a strong desire to learn and follow processes
• Grit, determination, and a great team player
• Forward-thinking, proactive, dynamic, and perform well under pressure

Preferred:

• Car salesman, Insurance Agent, Call Center Experience, Time Share Sales.
• Experience with commission base structure
• Has had minimum sales quota/expectations
• Cold Calling / Phone Sales
