Our internship program provides students with opportunity to gain on the job experience in all areas of business and technical fields. We are a premier Caterpillar dealership and are known as one of the best equipment dealers in the country!

As we enter our 7th successful year of the Summer College Internship Program, we are looking for highly motivated, hardworking individuals who like to problem solve, lead projects, participate in key business leader relationships and recommend improvements to existing processes.

With the support of the hiring manager, you will be tasked to develop a project charter to map out objectives, identify key stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables. As an intern at Michigan CAT, you will work cross-functionally, across state lines, and will collaborate with other interns and participate in various activities and events throughout the summer!

• Parts & Service
• Supply Chain & Logistics
• Technicians
• Information & Technology
• Warranty
• Finance

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor program with an accredited college
• Available to work full-time for 12 weeks (May through August)
