Job Description

Multi-Family Apartment Maintenance Position Available!

Apartment Community of 222 units is in need of an experienced General Maintenance / Make-Ready Tech to complete vacant turns and assist with service tickets. Skills in Painting, Tile, Carpentry, Caulking and General Finish Out are required. Additional skills such as AC repairs, Appliance repairs, Electrical, Plumbing, Pool Service and General Maintenance can be learned on the job to advance your position.

Assistant Maintenance requires the candidate to be HVAC certified. Candidates must have apartment experience. Competitive salary plus renewal bonus package. Outstanding benefit package including 401(k) and 401(a) retirement plans, life, AD&D, health and dental insurance. Background screening, skills test and substance abuse testing are standard employment requirements.

As Chairman of the Building and Interiors Committee of Baylor College of Medicine, he led the development of many research, office, and clinic buildings as well as the new one million square foot hospital, clinic, and office campus currently under construction
