Accounting firm in Pikesville, Md. is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Administrative tasks as needed; filing, phones, organization. Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations in Quickbooks and process payroll - including submission of federal and state tax payments. Other duties as assigned. Willing to train the right candidate. Experience with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and CFS helpful, but not required. Part time 25- 30 hours per week. $22-25/Hr to start.
