Due to our growth, we are currently looking for a professional, motivated Digital Analytics Specialist!
Responsibilities
· Develop strategies for consistent metrics, reporting, testing, analysis, and forecasting to support decision-making
· Prioritize the work load; ensuring resources are focused on the most important business problems
· Create the tools, models, controls and dashboards that help us understand how customers are interacting with our website
· Partner with marketing and ecommerce merchandising stakeholders to design and execute tests, improve product performance and mix, and project potential outcomes
· Measure the performance of campaigns, develop KPI reports that tell the story behind the data to non-technical team members and drive key marketing, digital product, and business decisions
· Lead the refinement of our customer personas and segments through both quantitative and qualitative inputs
· Partner with our developers to implement the functionality to collect the customer data critical to identifying and refining our customer personas
· Leverage reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Woopra, Diver & Tableau
Skills
· Highly analytical with an attention to detail, while also having a customer-centric focus
· Superb communication skills and results-driven
Work Experiences
· At least five years of work experience in analytics
· Experiential knowledge of multi-/cross-channel and digital marketing techniques for testing, tracking and analysis
· Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Woopra
· Experience with optimization, split testing and/or applied statistics
· Expertise with web front end programming languages
· Ability to configure Google Tag Manager & other presentation layer technology stacks
· Experience leading a team of Data Analysts, preferably at an e-commerce brand with a high volume of complex data
