Diesel Mechanic

The main purpose of the Diesel Mechanic is to repair and maintain Meyer's truck and trailer fleet.

Schedule:

• Competitive Pay - based on experience!
• Monday - Friday
• 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (End Time is Consistent on Most Days)
• 5-day work week
• Flexible schedule (will accommodate during farming season)

Diesel Mechanic duties include but are not limited to:

• Repair and maintain truck and trailer fleet.
• Keeps equipment Maintained for use by completing preventive maintenance.
• Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing and repairing defective parts.
• Diagnosis, fix trucks and trailers according to OEM guidelines.

Requirements for Diesel Mechanic:

• Diesel industry entry level will train.
• Previous experience as a Trailer/Truck Technician, preferred.
• Training on multiple different classes of heavy-duty trucks.
• Must have general computer skills.
• Own tools preferred but not required.
