We are looking for the right person to help us to continue to improve our customer service processes. We are looking for the right person with a mix of quantitative, consultative, and facilitation/leadership skills. The successful candidate will have a documented track record in driving change, and in significantly improving processes, and will know how to be effective in fast-paced environments.
Driving solutions to improve the customer experience and level of service
Identifying and challenging any adverse effects on the Customer Experience prior to new launches and improvement projects
Ensuring communication bridges are initiated and upheld between yourself, our client and the customer
Basic skills required
Strong Influencing skills that can maintain and improve the customer’s experience
Excellent speaking & listening skills, attention to detail, proactive self-starter
Strong track record of relationship building
Demonstrated experience presenting to and working with a variety of the public
Basic level of Excel knowledge and computer literacy
Strong Analytical skills and Customer focus
Previous Work Experience, Training and Education
A High School Diploma.
Previous experience in a customer focused role.
Sales and/or marketing experience is desirable but not essential as relevant training will be provided.
