Appointment Setter – Job Description
Heavy phone work. Inbound and outbound.
As part of a team, working to schedule on-site field visits for new installations and service work for 45-55 field technicians on a daily and ongoing basis. Work closely with billing to provide accurate pricing quotes in updates for specific customers.
Support field technicians via phone and email and work to assist with questions and/or resolve any issues.
Daily data entry and upkeep of spreadsheets to track field technician metrics.
At least two years of experience with dispatching or scheduling is strongly preferred.
Experience in customer service is strongly preferred.
Some knowledge of GPS services helpful but not required.
Mastery of basic Windows computing is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, is mandatory.
Strong typing skills strongly recommended.
Strong communication skills, both written and via phone are mandatory.
Ability to be flexible within specific guidelines is important.
Follow through and attention to detail are important.
Ability to multi-task is important.
Punctuality and attendance are critical!
