Title:  Software Systems Engineer

Location:  El Segundo, CA

Duration: 3 Years Contract

 

 

Job Description:         

Expertise/skillset required:

•Exposure to Architecture and Engineering for VOD (Video On Demand and Live Channels Platform) - with Amazon Web Service & Google Cloud for Over The Top OTT

 

•Experience with open source development tools/environments/implementations like AWS (EC, S3, Lambda), Docker Containers, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes Orchestrator, Microservices, Kafka Broker, GitHub, etc.

 

•Experience with log analysis tools/dashboards such as Splunk, New Relic, Conviva, etc.

 

•Experience with Monitoring and Alerting tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Moogsoft, etc.

 

•Knowledge on Agile/Scrum environments, extensive use of Service Now, Jira, Confluence and other collaboration tools for project management liaison.
