Position: Business Analyst/Scrum Master
Location: Mahwah, NJ
Type: Contract for 12+ months
Strong skill with Service Cloud is desired. As a strategic partner to the business, you will cultivate a deep understanding of their processes & act as a strategic consultant on their business system's needs. You will gather and document requirements, design & document technology solutions in the CRM space with a focus on global call center technologies to support IVR, Virtual Agent, CRM, CTI integration and skills-based routing in a Customer Interaction. In this role, you will work closely with other BSAs, project managers, developers, testers, and production support through each stage of the software development lifecycle. As an experienced analyst, you must be able to partner effectively with all levels of the organization, lead others, drive results, proactively identify & resolve problems, and make challenging decisions. Agile environment experience is a plus.
