See for further details about us and careers with Metas.Job Description:Metas Solutions has "near term future openings" for experienced Specialist Customer Service Representatives - Master of Public Health to work Remotely in the public health domain. Bilingual Candidates (Spanish, English are preferred but not mandatory). As a Specialist you will receive calls on public health/healthcare topics from nationwide callers and will address such topics as occupational health and safety issues, high risk behaviors (sexually transmitted diseases substance abuse, HIV, human sexuality), reproductive and maternal health, vaccinations, statistics, as well as other sensitive health and well-being issues that can lead to chronic or life-threatening consequences.

In this role you will work closely with other members of a call center to carry out support tasks including phone, email/webforms, text, chat, mail, and other future mediums. You will work within your team to respond to escalated customer inquiries via multiple mediums. You will create and maintain knowledge repositories to be approved by the customer to be used to respond to customer inquiries and respond within pre-established Service Level Agreements.

This role provides the potential for flexible work hours including shift coverage and potential for part-time work hours. Responsibilities:Tier 3 specialist support to respond to a variety of public health and healthcare related inquiriesRespond to inquiries within established SLAs from nationwide personnel via phone, email/webforms, text, chat, mail, and other future mediums. Responsible for maintaining Knowledge Repository of Prepared Responses pre-approved by client.

Scripting of new Prepared Responses as new topics and themes arise. Updating repository of approved Prepared Responses within established service levels.Exhibit a high level of customer service and professionalism.Manage multiple tasks and objectives to completion.Research and resolve customer support issues with other Specialists to ensure complete responses are provided within established Service LevelsCreate and route tickets to appropriate representatives.Review, assign, triage outstanding tickets in the backlog.Address tickets through all required mediums including phone, text, chat, email/webform and other future mediums.
