Job Description

You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Compensation:

$20 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline

  • Contact, manage and qualify inbound sales inquiries in a timely manner to convert leads to appointments and transfer them to a licensed agent with all pertinent information
  • Exceed weekly sales and performance goals
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Nurture prospective clients and seamlessly transition via appointment to agents
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
  • You will spend the larger part of your day working with prospective clients via telephone, text, and email
  • Make follow-up outbound calls and provide additional information, overcome objections, and set appointments
  • 100 - 150 calls per day
  • Qualify inbound leads for appointments with realtors
  • Logging all communication via the CRM system
  • Able to accommodate a flexible schedule that includes some weekend days and evenings

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Real estate license or pursuing required

  • A valid Real Estate License or pursuing one
  • At least 1 year in sales or customer service
  • Have an interest in and understanding of real estate and the real estate market
  • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads preferred
  • Have superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous sales experience and a proven track record of success

  • Comfortable with multiple systems like CRM, Dialer, Google Suite apps, and more

The Metalios Team is growing quickly - in both team size and business volume. We are currently at 20 team members. In 2020 we closed over 75 deals and over $100M in sales. And for 2021 we are already on track for 150+ closings and well over $250M in sales! We have a dedicated team of in-house support staff including a transaction coordinator, a full-time assistant, a sales manager, an operations director, and a marketing director.
