ServiceNow Project Manager

MetaPhase is seeking an IT Project Manager with a minimum of three (3+) or more years of experience to be a part of a project at the Department of Treasury, helping with Treasury’s ServiceNow shared services.

Basic Qualifications (Required)

• Minimum of three (3+) or more years providing IT support to the Federal Government
• At least 1 year experience with ServiceNow
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC process, including both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to learn new systems or processes quickly to communicate stakeholder needs and drive towards solution development
• Comfortable working with senior client leadership and managing stakeholder engagement for high-visibility projects
• Ability to create documentation to support client needs, including user guides, requirements and project plans.

Additional Qualifications (Desired)

• Business Analyst skills
• Experience providing IT-centric PM support across multiple agencies
• ServiceNow certifications, such as the Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and management of IT project planning, execution, and delivery management for an agency
• Interact with multiple project teams in support of an overall project goal
• Provide thought leadership and direction to ensure that strategic and tactical plans reflect and support customer mission needs and priorities
• Develop and maintain project charters, work breakdown structures, and schedules in support of contractual requirements
• Proactively identify and communicate project status to client leadership including risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs
• Liaison between project teams, client leadership, teaming partners, and customer stakeholders to promote proactivity, collaboration, and innovative thinking
