IT Business Analyst - USAID

Description

MetaPhase Consulting is currently supporting the United States Agency for International Development through providing expertise in operating, maintaining, developing, and implementing HR information technology capabilities, simulations, strategies, programs, processes, structures, training support, and doctrine related to HR transformation.

In support of this project, MPC is seeking an IT Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience to provide excellent customer service to HR information technology product owners and other external stakeholders. The incumbent will add value to the project by guiding customers through the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Basic Qualifications (Required)

• A minimum of four or more (4+) years of direct experience in IT-related customer service
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience using ServiceNow platform
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC - both Agile and Waterfall
• Active Secret clearance or higher, U.S. Citizenship required

Essential Responsibilities

• Support and manage development, maintenance, and implementation of a solution using agile development principles and processes
• Develop product roadmaps, provide release plans for technical tools, and post- release functionality support
• Identify gaps and improvements to current processes to alleviate pain points
• Provide quality assurance to new developments and implementations of capabilities
• Support activities related to IT Portfolio Management, as needed

Education Level

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.

Clearance Level

Secret Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS)
