NOTE: This role is 100% onsite from Day 1 so candidates must be committed to coming onsite daily. Food and transportation are currently provided due to COVID protocols. We will reimburse for transportation to and from the site. They prefer the person who takes Uber but if not then reimbursement of public transportation, gas, parking/toll is offered.

Position Summary:

The Securities Processing Operations Specialist executes routine transactions with general supervision referring the most complex and risk-related transactions to management. Detailed oriented, will be responsible for retrieving, counting, verifying, filing, and acknowledging physical certificate details in Access Database. Able to assess discrepancies, and problems and gather the information that must be escalated. Performs other miscellaneous job-related duties as needed. Responsible for supporting the department’s adherence to AML/BSA policies and procedures set forth by various regulatory bodies.
