MESTEK Inc. is immediately hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our Westfield, MA Team!

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a vital member of the MESTEK team. The CSR provides assistance to MESTEK representatives, customers, & employees while demonstrating a positive attitude.  They act as a liaison between Sales Reps, Managers, customers, Technical Service, Engineering, & the Factory.  This is an onsite opportunity where you will be answering phone & E-mail inquiries in a timely manner to provide information concerning MESTEK products with your exceptional customer service skills!

You will be trained to process incoming orders for unit accuracy, pricing, & shipping information before entering orders.  You will be tasked with reviewing information before sending to Credit/Factory & identifying/resolving inquiries from representatives/customers relating to products.  Another exciting aspect of the CSR role is that they regularly guide representatives and distributors in use of Sales Assistant Specifier, as well as completing special projects as required/requested.

Customer Service Representatives Requirements:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must have at least 1 year of  strong Customer Service Experience
• data entry experience a PLUS!
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office Products a PLUS!
• Ambitious, organized, detail-oriented w/ ability to prioritize & multitask
• Ability to function under pressure
• Team player who works well with others
