Your responsibilities will be the following:
70% of the role consists of facilitating 40-minute intake calls via Zoom video
Track participant progress in our care program by reaching out to them a minimum of 2x per week M-F via our chat dashboard, spending no more than 10-15 minutes total per participant per week
Work collaboratively with our care team, other Remote Therapists, founders, and health care professionals to foster effectiveness, high levels of engagement, growth, and global change
Keep appropriate records as dictated by ethical and legal standards
Provide feedback to the product team to improve our solution
Add value to the team by modeling transparency, mindfulness, integrity, courage and passion
What you will need to be successful as a Remote Therapist:
Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or another relevant field
Fully licensed (Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
Mindfulness & CBT training
3+ years of clinical experience and a background working with clients with depression and anxiety
10h/week minimum time commitment to start with the desire to grow
Cultural competence when it comes to diversity and inclusion
Clinical Competence in actively practicing evidence-based care
Compassion and an approach rooted in mindfulness
A desire to use the power of latest technologies to improve your care
Tech-savviness: familiarity with latest remote working tools and a 'can-do' attitude when it comes to learning new technologies
Adaptability, flexibility, solutions-oriented and resourcefulness when it comes to navigating change and/or uncertainty
15 hours/week: on average, Remote Therapists are making between $29,000-$57,000 a year
20-30 hours/week: on average, Remote Therapists are making between $79,000-$165,000 a year
Like our model, our compensation structure is non-traditional, however, we are very transparent and will go over how it works in the first round of interviews
Medical/Dental/Vision are only reserved for Remote Therapists working Full Time
Ability to expand your reach as a Remote Therapist and be part of the foundation building of our Remote Therapist team
