Our client in Greenwich is a Financial Company that is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager. You must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Ordering office supplies
•Managing office schedule
•Printing various reports when requested
•Watering office plants and other office maintenance
•Emailing, faxing, mailing items
•Serving as a customer service contact for clients
•Other administrative duties as required
•Stong work ethic with attention to detail
•Must have a positive attitude that enjoys working with people. This is a Front Office position.
•Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, etc.
Hours are 9am-6pm.
