Facilities Specialist

Merkin Vineyards and Caduceus Cellars are premier vineyards and wineries located in the Verde Valley. We are seeking a Facilities Specialist to help oversee and execute the diverse tasks related to vineyard operations, production processes, distribution as well as facilities and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Good communication skills
• Basic property maintenance abilities
• Basic mechanical abilities
• Problem solving abilities
• Experience operating forklifts a plus
• Experience pulling trailers a plus
• Self-starter
• Familiarity with local geography

Duties up to and including:

• Minor property maintenance and handy-tasks
• Investigate and handle emergent maintenance issues (roof leaks, pipe clogs, etc.)
• Assist and support facilities, vineyards, and other operations
• Receive shipments
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation based on experience and abilities.

Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM, with occasional weekends or special events.
